Lucille Hinners is a distinguished Registered Architect, boasting over 12 years of comprehensive experience in the architecture and construction industry. With a proven prowess in managing, directing, and coordinating a wide array of projects from their nascent stages through to fruition, Lucille has carved a niche for herself in the realms of design, construction, and renovations across diverse scales and sectors. 

 

Lucille’s professional journey is marked by her tenure as the Principal at Lucille Hinners Architecture in Boca Raton since April 2022. In this role, she has been the driving force behind the firm, providing leadership, vision, and direct involvement in projects that span the education, multi-family, mixed-use, retail, commercial, and residential sectors. Her approach combines creative excellence with strategic leadership and operational management, navigating the complex landscape of architecture and design to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

 

Lucille served on the Palm Beach County Land Development Regulation Advisory Board, a position appointed by the American Institute of Architects, where she made significant contributions to the review and recommendations for the ULDC Code. Prior to establishing her firm, she was a Senior Project Architect at RLC Architects in Boca Raton, where she led the design for the firm’s largest projects and was instrumental in setting firm-wide design standards, overseeing design development, and ensuring adherence to budgets and codes. Her earlier role as a Project Designer at Garcia Stromberg in West Palm Beach saw her crafting innovative design concepts and leading project design coordination efforts, showcasing her ability to blend creativity with practicality.

 

Lucille is an alumnus of Florida International University, where she earned her Master of Architecture with a commendable graduate GPA of 3.87 and participated in a study abroad program in Genoa, Italy. Her skill set is extensive, encompassing architectural drawings and development, leadership, team management, communication, collaboration, and proficiency in various design and office software.

 

Licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Lucille is also a proud member of the American Institute of Architects. Her commitment to the community is evident through her involvement with the AIA Palm Beach’s Women in Architecture Committee, the Junior League of Boca Raton, and Impact 100.

 

Fluent in English and Spanish, with working proficiency in Italian, Lucille Hinners embodies a blend of global perspective and local expertise, making her a valuable asset to any architectural endeavor or community initiative.
